It strikes me as a bit silly all this talk of Canada becoming the 51st state of the USA. Of course it won't! It's a Trump tactic to scare those north of the border into making concessions on trade, the same with Panama and Greenland. Even reports of him ordering a study into military action against Panama is a scare tactic. If he shouts loud enough and sounds dangerous he thinks it'll browbeat others into making concessions.
