Halloween when the little kiddie's frolic about in their cute little costumes, going from door to door begging for candy treats. Meanwhile the crotchety old bastards turn the porch lights off & hide in their basements in attempt to avoid them.
The "Get off my lawn" Tommy It's taken a hold over here too. Years ago Bonfire Night on 5 November was the main thing, now that's all but forgotten. At least Trick or Treat isn't as dangerous as kids messing about with fireworks. |
