It's a problem yes, but not on the level of approaching civil war as some predict. If we can get through the next few years and get the Conservatives or Reform in things should improve. 

At the moment the poll ratings favour Labour, but they always do with a new leader and at Conference time when they give rousing speeches to the faithful. 

I love double entendres. 

Another sign that Labour might, just might be on the road to electoral recovery - they've dropped Starmer's idea of scrapping jury trials in certain low level cases. If an Election were held next week Andy Burnham would be continue as PM, but without a majority, a Left Wing coalition would be the most likely result. The Conservatives are stuck around 20% of the vote while Reform have slipped from 29% to 25% or thereabouts, Labour ahead on 27% or so.

Build a wall, where in the sea? I don't quite understand that. 

Gosport was not "locked down" 80,000 residents were NOT ordered to stay indoors. Three roads were closed off, bad in itself yes, but not 80,000 locked down. The town was subject to a dispersal order which IS NOT a lockdown. People could go outside but with restricted access to three roads and an order in place to disperse crowds if they gathered. More hysteria from certain parties. Best to fact check this stuff first.

This is disturbing to say the least. Not a good precedent. 

They're "refugees" from Africa and the Middle East trying to get to GB which they see as the best place to go. France is the last stop before reaching England. Labour have made some strides in reducing numbers coming across, but it's still too many. The problem is that we're seen as a soft touch - money, housing, benefits etc for anyone arriving. It's not quite like that, a lot are deported which goes unreported in the Right Wing Press who prefer to concentrate on rapists and murderers coming across. 

Labour will never solve the problem, they're too ideologically wedded to the notion of welfare for the "oppressed" to take it seriously. Only the Conservatives and Reform can make genuine efforts in stopping the arrivals.

Not to be taken seriously, much of it is Right Wing scare stories designed to fool the gullible and has succeeded it seems. 

I've watched that Fox News story twice and nowhere does it actually say where the wall is going to be built! In the sea? In France? If so it's the French who are building a wall not the British. A completely fake story!  

Fox News because that's the link I was given. A typical piece of scaremongering, a claim but no evidence of any kind to back it up. Until I hear it from a trusted source I'll not believe it. There's too much of this folk believing any nonsense simply because it suits their agenda to do so. Find me a source I can trust then I'll think again, not a half-baked Fox News piece of rubbish.
