His address use to be 24 Sussex Drive Ottawa. It's a 35 room residence built in 1868. Up until now it is the place where all of our Priministers have lived but right now it needs a lot of repairs (10 million worth) so he is living somewhere else. Remember I went through a Cold War in the only professional army in Europe and the whole time we had to use dated equipment. If you are going to deploy an Army then you have to make sure it has the right equipment to do the job the best they can.

Wages would also have to go up to get people to take these new jobs.
