I see them as next year's Darwin Award applicants.  We have, or had, I don't know, a TV show called "America's Funniest Home Videos".  I only saw ads for it, but these are real people doing real dumb stuff.

We have that over here too, plus our our version You've Been Framed on a similar theme of home videos/dashcams/CCTV etc sent in by the public. The best are people falling off ladders, on stairs, on ice and of course on escalators.

Seems like everyone is "humping" a book these days. I was watching a T.V. show with 4 panel members all of whom had a book out. All were "bestselling" authors too. Seems as if that honor is being doled out like cough candy or the "Sir" thingy in GB.

The trend here now is for every minor celebrity to publish a novel, usually a romance or crime. I doubt very much that they actually write it all themselves, I'm sure AI is involved.

Yes, the cover will have the famous person's name & underneath will have "with" who nobody has ever heard of. 

Biographical books about Royals is acceptable, be they pro or con.  "Memoirs" by members of the family or in-laws, knowing full well the Monarchy does not respond to them, is low-brow in my opinion.  The Monarchy aren't the ones making money off Diana's death, but her son and brother are.  Charles Spencer and Harry have probably been planning this for years.  More drama, more headlines, more poor Meghan.  All while pointing the finger at the Monarchy.  From afar, your gossip is a lot more fun than mine.

It'll sell as Spare did after all this free publicity. Earl Spencer is a good writer on historical matters, pity he didn't stick to that. I've got a signed copy of Blenheim, Battle for Europe.  

They should have done that to Epstein if you believe one version of the tale, eh?
