Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-16 02:12:53Copy HTML Honey is a miracle food. It never spoils. Can you still get a jar of honey with the comb in it? My dad loved the honeycomb. Walmart has it online, https://www.walmart.com/c/kp/raw-honey-combs . Also, you might check with beekeepers in your area. |

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-16 02:04:53Copy HTML Are we in a new Gilded Age? Elon Musk is the world's first trillionaire. His net worth surpasses the economic value of all but 21 countries. To put it laymen's terms..............John & Mary Lunchbucket would have to work for 11 million years to make his wealth. |

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-16 03:18:41Copy HTML In the Gilded Age the robber barons were exposed by Forbes Magazine & to curry favor with the public went into philanthropic measures like libraries, museums, alms houses & the like. Musk does not appear to be interested in that sort of thing at all. Maybe because he is an African-American??? |

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-16 06:46:08Copy HTML Now let's think, how did he make 1 trillion? When you next pick up your mobile phone and ring anybody Mark, thank Musk. When the US beats the rest of the world to Mars, thank Musk. When you next climb into an electric car, thank the technology of Musk. He's the genius who created PayPal. He employs thousands of hi tech Yanks and he trains thousands of Yanks. He pioneered the reusable space rocket and he earns millions for the US government, on a monthly basis. He's earned the right to be a weirdo. |

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-17 12:02:54Copy HTML Riots follow gruesome attack in Belfast. Far right English nationalist Tommy Robinson & Elon Musk urged people to take to the streets to vent their anger after what Robinson called an invader attack. The victim, a white man, lost an eye after the knife attack by immigrant darkie. Northern Ireland has a foreign-born population of 6.5% while the rest of the U.K. has 19% foreign-born. |

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-17 01:02:33Copy HTML Elon Musk's focus is on the future, not so much the present I think. Giving to charitable organizations these days is a risk because of fraud, mismanagement of money and money going to useless causes. I for one am glad he's focused on technology because the future is where we're headed. Being a trillionaire doesn't mean he has access to that money as in a checking account, yet the democrats want to claim he's a trillionaire because he doesn't pay taxes. Refer to Major's post above to see what he does with his money.

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-19 04:44:20Copy HTML Trump gets along quite well with King Charles III but there may be an additional reason for this sentiment to become even more pronounced. Seems that he & the King may be distant relatives & likely had a common ancestor in the 1500's in the 3rd Earl of Lennox, a great-grandson of King James II of Scotland. This would make Trump & King Charles 15th cousins. This would be through Trump's mum, Mary Anne MacLoed believed to be descended from the Earl of Lennox.

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-19 06:04:10Copy HTML It's the 500th anniversary of the murder of James Stewart, 3rd Earl of Lennox in September following his defeat at the battle of Linlithgow Bridge. He raised an army to free the 14 year old King James V from the clutches of his stepfather and Regent the Earl of Angus. The wounded Lennox surrendered but was stabbed to death by James Hamilton of Finnart. A monument marks the location of his murder.

Is this the family Trump's mother is from? |

Re:Don't start another Date Posted:2026-06-20 07:49:49Copy HTML If a title is passed down through the generations you'll have third Barons/Earls etc and beyond. The longest a title has existed in one family is that of the Baron de Ros, the current holder is the 27th Baron, the title was created with the 1st Baron in 1264. You're playing chess with Fate and Fate's winning.
