Re:On this date Date Posted:2025-01-19 12:16:48Copy HTML Jimmy Carter was a politician after all. He might have elected to have a State funeral knowing how many blowhards would seize the opportunity to pontificate and talk about how well they knew him and loved him. Did anyone see Biden's eulogy? I'm waiting to see the clown picture and the one liner for Trump's first. |

Wilson Greatbatch, an engineer from Buffalo, N.Y. was working at the VA hospital in Buffalo on an electronic device to monitor the human heart. He made a mistake & placed a resistor in the wrong place & instead of monitoring it created an electrical charge without much drain on its battery. After much "tweaking" this mistake was turned into the Pacemaker which today is a common replacement to restore proper human heartbeat. |

Hamas already have plan in place to scuttle the treaty and blame it on Israel, knowing the wests gullible youth will swallow it whole and begin the rampage. There is no peace with hamas or hezbollah, you kill them or they kill you. Israel knows this and so behind the bullshit the war goes on. It willl begin to unravel from day one |

Re:On this date Date Posted:2025-01-25 01:17:13Copy HTML Early 20th Century
Country folks would venture into a bustling city & marvel at the buildings and scores of people hustling about. City folk referred to the country bumpkins as "Jays." They were not used to traffic & often walking across the street they were hit by cars, or the drivers had to take evasive action to avoid them. That is the origin of the term "Jay Walking." |

March 19th for Papists is the Feast of Saint Joseph but on this day the U.S. was fed a self-serving story by the Bush administration & we went to war against Iraq along with our coalition partners.
1) Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.
2) Saddam Hussein was on the verge of having nukes.
3) U.S.& coalition soldiers would be greeted as liberators.
4) The expense of blood & treasure would be paid for with Iraqi oil $.
None of that turned out to be true, & the result is the removal of Saddam made Iran the super-power of the region. |
