Date Posted:2022-06-16 01:12:44Copy HTML Origin of XXX on poison bottles. Goes back to the Apalachin moonshiners who placed the triple X on their bottles of "mountain dew" to denote the product was strained 3 times. That morphed into the poison identification. Live respected, die regretted

Re:Don't Start Another Date Posted:2022-09-23 12:36:22Copy HTML Genial Joe from Scranton, the common guy who is representing the common folk. The great unifier who is concerned with the problems of John & Mary Lunchbucket. BUT WAIT, this fraudulent imposter has unleashed a divisive & damaging broadside that conflated MAGA Republicans with any conservative who opposes abortion rights & queers getting married. He has chosen to treat tens of millions of Americans as the enemy within. So your just starting to notice it Tommy. I have been telling you the same for months. You just don't get how close you are from another civil war. Let's just hope that the good guys win it again or you might as well start learning to speak Russian because that's where MAGA will end up taking you. |

Re:Don't Start Another Date Posted:2022-09-23 01:46:08Copy HTML New York State Governor Cathy Hochul, Cuomo in a dress, passed the latest gun law effective 9/1. It is so restrictive & will only effect law-abiding gun owners & is the epitome of Libardedness (made up word). Example, the Civil War re-enactment in Angelica N.Y. was cancelled as it would have been in violation. Now there is a question of the honor guard rifle salute at veteran's funerals are legal. Court battles to follow. |

Re:Don't Start Another Date Posted:2022-10-28 12:33:02Copy HTML Winston Churchill took 8 holidays during his entire tenure as P.M. during WWII. So far since taking office, President Biden was off for 188 vacation days at his estate in Delaware. Now you and I both know that Biden is capable of working from home and that Trump did most on his work on the golf course. The different is though, if you wanted something from Trump, you had to let him mark his own score-card so that he could win. |

Re:Don't Start Another Date Posted:2022-10-28 12:39:05Copy HTML Good suggestion, Mark. You mentioned bringing something dead in to your house and Shula gets all warm and fuzzy. Probably brings her Davey Crocket days back when she brought home those dead squirrels she ran over the day before. |

Sorta like a menstrual period when you get those "funny little moods." To sum up the differences between Biden & Trump I have to paraphrase the great James Carville: "It's the economy stupid." |

Besides Tommy, you are a big part of the problem every time you start up that Stang. Just think next time you do, how many stores will go without food deliveries because truck companies can't afford to buy fuel because you have caused the demand to go up which has raised the price at the pumps. |

Yes Pete I am a selfish Republican who has mine & I don't care about anyone else. I also hoard bum wad & baby formula which I sell on E bay for a handsome profit. The solution to our current dilemma is to get rid of Biden & the like as I have posted before. |

It wasn't Biden that caused the problems. You still have pretty well the cheapest gas in the world, you live in one of the so called, bread basket of the world. You have the lowest unemployment rate of any western country. You have an industrial base that can't be rivaled. Bull and Bear markets come and go and so does inflation and deflation. They never stay the same forever and you know you're going to have one or the other in cycles. Trump use to say, Make America Great Again. My question would be, when wasn't it great. |

Re:Don't Start Another Date Posted:2022-10-30 08:22:49Copy HTML Compared to much of the rest of the world GB, the USA and other developed countries are doing well, we've become so used to a land of plenty that any perceived drop in living standards is seen as a disaster. The enemy is alive and well and won't stop until the Republicans manage to be able to get both feet back on the ground and stop letting the far right fringe members run the Party. You seen how bad they failed the party in the mid terms. |

You seen how bad they failed the party in the mid terms. The problem here is a sense of extreme urgency with no compromises from either side. One wants progressive change & the other is driven by the fear that "our way of life" is about to end. When elections are merely carnivals of passions, effective governance is impossible. |

She was explaining her philosophy on life with the quote while touring the U.S. She was known for her sexual relationships with royal figures including the Prince of Wales, the Earl of Shrewsbury, & Prince Louis of Battenberg. She was born in 1853 & died in 1929 & must have been quite a gal. |

Re:Don't Start Another Date Posted:2023-08-14 12:49:11Copy HTML Do you have any possums around the lodge Tommy. I have a circus going on in my back right now. 4 young possums and the 5th one which is larger I guess must be their mother show up nightly along with 2 skunks with beautiful coats, 3 rabbits 2 of which are north American and the other I'm sure is Asian. 4 black squirrel and 2 gray ones. Blue Jays, Cardinal, mourning doves, Ravens, Grackles. I should have bought an acreage instead of a house with a normal sized yard. Was it clear enough in your area last night to see the 4 hour display of shooting stars passing over head? |
