Geez Tommy, I thought I was the only one here that hoarded Bum wipe, paper towel and saltless peanuts. It wasn't Biden that caused the problems. You still have pretty well the cheapest gas in the world, you live in one of the so called, bread basket of the world. You have the lowest unemployment rate of any western country. You have an industrial base that can't be rivaled. Bull and Bear markets come and go and so does inflation and deflation. They never stay the same forever and you know you're going to have one or the other in cycles.

Compared to much of the rest of the world GB, the USA and other developed countries are doing well, we've become so used to a land of plenty that any perceived drop in living standards is seen as a disaster.

The problem here is a sense of extreme urgency with no compromises from either side. One wants progressive change & the other is driven by the fear that "our way of life" is about to end. When elections are merely carnivals of passions, effective governance is impossible.

Do you have any possums around the lodge Tommy. I have a circus going on in my back right now. 4 young possums and the 5th one which is larger I guess must be their mother show up nightly along with 2 skunks with beautiful coats, 3 rabbits 2 of which are north American and the other I'm sure is Asian. 4 black squirrel and 2 gray ones. Blue Jays, Cardinal, mourning doves, Ravens, Grackles. I should have bought an acreage instead of a house with a normal sized yard.
