If you are having problems or if Aimoo is down, there are two groups for help.

1.) The Aimoo Help Forum is at http://aimoohelpforum.aimoo.com/ .

This is the main group for reporting problems, either your problems or a groups problems.

If the server that the group is on is down or if Aimoo is down, then go to the

Facebook group.

2.) The Aimoo Assistance Facebook group is at https://www.facebook.com/groups/141193663182473/ .

This group is not monitored. It is to be used if the Aimoo help group is down or if Aimoo is down.

Remember, the help team are Aimoo members, that are helping us. They have access to contact

the programmers and the engineers. You have to be a member of the group, to post. The Facebook

group requires that you answer some questions, to be approved.

Aimoo is still fixing bugs and problems. They are adding back some features, that we had on the

old Aimoo system. I do not have the time table for this. You would have to ask in the help forum.

If they do not know, then they would have to contact Aimoo personnel.

I went back and told her my problem from start to finish and even tried to post not one but 2 small pictures to her but for some reason the help site won't let you post pictures.

I copied and pasted your post with the picture. Aimoo did not like the group link. It said that the image

was not secure. I suspect, that it is either an Aimoo or a Windows/Edge issue. I hope, that my post helps you.

Not really Grey, I took the two pictures from My Pictures folder from my computer. They were both small pictures.  This site  says it's not secure, so maybe that's the problem. What next, don't know. Would have been nice just to use my old Icon but when I went to the old side is seems to have vanished.

Hard to figure out with Aimoo being the server we go through. Other comments are raising the same question about security at the forum and one person even had Norton check out her security and norton checked and said it was fine.

I don't seem to be able to get back to my posts to the forum to post the old picture to see if it is also rejected. Any help getting there would be appreciated Grey.

They do have a button saying who I am and that I have posted twice but when you hit on it it doesn't take me to those posts like it should.

I bookmark my groups. The help group is at aimoohelpforum .The subject that you want, is at Can't change profile image (aimoo.com) .I go directly to the group and to the subject. It is easier than fighting Aimoo. I totally agree with you about Aimoo issues.

Read Debby's post at Can't change profile image (aimoo.com) .She needs to know the size of your avatar.

She may need to turn it over to the engineer.

Kind of a personal question eh? Would that be in inches or centimeters?

I totally disagree. The size is important for any website. Most use: pixels, JPEG, GIF, or PNG formats.

If the problem is turned over to the engineer, than he or she will need to know, so that they can find the problem and fix it.

Post this post in the subject at the Aimoo Help group. The techs, engineers, etc. live in China. They do not monitor the group. One of the group's administrators will have to turn it over to Aimoo. This is how, it is set up.

I did and they said they would pass it on but it's almost impossible for me to get a 100x100 avatar and that's what they seem to be asking for.

I think the problem all stems from me never getting this page when joining, so I really didn't got a chance to pick my own.

This the smallest I can get the French Bull dog down to and it's still 130x195. A 100x100 would have to be a square picture.

I got it down to 126x126 in a square format but lost half of the dog. Can't go any lower than that, or I'll be left with only it's eyes.

French Bulldogs are one of the latest fad dogs, they come, they go. Twenty years ago Rottweilers and Doberman's were very common, I can't remember the last time I saw either now. Ten years ago, every idiot and his brother had to have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, when the fad wore off a after a few years the rescue homes were full of them, all discarded. The latest fad is to cross everything with a Poodle to create a range of curly lunatics. Every type are all off their trolly.

All my Danes were big sucks and thought they were lap dogs. I first posted this picture to a friend when he asked me what I was up to. I said nothing much, just sitting with Brutus watching Lassie on TV. Actually we both were watching TV but it was some animal show with a lot of movement on the screen that was holding the dog's attention.
