Date Posted:2022-04-01 11:53:41Copy HTML If you are having problems or if Aimoo is down, there are two groups for help. 1.) The Aimoo Help Forum is at http://aimoohelpforum.aimoo.com/ . This is the main group for reporting problems, either your problems or a groups problems. If the server that the group is on is down or if Aimoo is down, then go to the Facebook group. 2.) The Aimoo Assistance Facebook group is at https://www.facebook.com/groups/141193663182473/ . This group is not monitored. It is to be used if the Aimoo help group is down or if Aimoo is down. Remember, the help team are Aimoo members, that are helping us. They have access to contact the programmers and the engineers. You have to be a member of the group, to post. The Facebook group requires that you answer some questions, to be approved. Aimoo is still fixing bugs and problems. They are adding back some features, that we had on the old Aimoo system. I do not have the time table for this. You would have to ask in the help forum. If they do not know, then they would have to contact Aimoo personnel. |

I go to My Profile and when it says chose picture I do but then is says after underneath to Wait to download but then it never changes so can't start the download. I know it's picky about size of pictures, is there anything else I should know before trying again? |

They should have a multi-image button to click on, to upload pictures, when you post a subject or a reply. |

If you still have trouble, then you need to join the group and ask about it. It is supposed to be read only for non members. Changing Your Avatar When you first registered with Aimoo, it is most likely that The maximum size is 100 x 100 but if yours is larger, it will be This will open up your Profile, then click on Edit on the right of your ID. Click on Browse against "Load my own avatar" as indicated above. Please keep in mind that your Avatar is public and that adult content is forbidden in public areas in Aimoo, including this Help Forum. Please ensure when choosing an image for your Avatar that is not of an adult nature. |

If I go to to the top of the this page to my profile them I select a file and then it say wait before I can down load it but then the wait never ends. It never says no file chosen like my copy and paste does here.

Maybe the ones working on the site aren't working from Beijing but probably are from either Shanghai or Hong Kong. Still nothing back to me yet. |

When I am logged into one group, Aimoo has me logged in all of my groups. I do not know, why we cannot keep the History Lovers Group. The problems that some people are having, are Aimoo rather than group problems. |

I remember when we were The History Page and were told the site had to move to whatever they were doing, I couldn't move History Page because I wasn't the owner. That's why we ended up with History Lovers because I couldn't get a response from TinCan to transfer History Page to the new program. I erroneously assumed that being the "owner" came with a delete button. The reason we are all here at a new group is because the Major got locked out of History Lovers somehow, even though the membership rolls show him as a member. Explain the problem and ask that the group be deleted. They may have to get an engineer to delete it or Aimoo can make you the owner and tell you how to delete it. Tin Can should have asked someone to take ownership of the group before leaving Aimoo. |

You can join the group that Grey is talking about as I did but still haven't gotten back to me over a simple thing like changing your Icon. I have left my computer on for over a week now waiting for them to reply to my ticket and check my site IN BOX at least twice a day. nothing. They said it could be up to 24 hours before you hear from the Chinese techs that can change it but being over a week or more now there seems to be a problem. |
