The president currently has the right to have classified material. Trump had it in a secure place.

The vice president does not have the right to have classified material. Both Pence and Biden

had them. Biden was worse. He had the classified material in an area where anyone could see them.

It is up to Blanche to approve Trump's lawsuits. It is possible that he will.
